Prior Renovation Example
In the Spring of 2017, Skylott renovated and sold a property on Brookfield Lane in Decatur. The property was a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom ranch which had been neglected and stripped of nearly all appliances.
Skylott converted the property to a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ranch with all new stainless steel appliances, tile bathrooms, new HVAC and roof. We were able to preserve the original hardwood floors but refinish them to look like new. Take a look at some of the pictures.
